The Owl Project – a musical UFO coming straight from Manchester – revisits the electro live with its rather unusual instruments: wood logs turned into real laptops. The Owl Project is a collective artgroup composed of Simon Blackmore and Antony Hall. With an ironic vision of today’s electronic culture, they rework its icons (i-pod, laptop, etc) and reinvent them using wood as a creation and building material (Log1k, ilog, Sound Lathe).
