Dedale, a platform for production and distribution of new art forms and new media, presents Villette Emergences #2. The result of a close collaboration with art venues and groups in the Paris region, this year's programme offers a sample of work by young creators from France and abroad presented at the Maison de La Villette and during Territoires Numériques at other venues :

The Maison de La Villette becomes a stage for digital experimentation in which different art forms mix together. Plunged into an interactive installation, the public wanders among unusual and strange performances, installations, and psychedelic shows on the theme of madness. The evening continues in a party mood at Glaz'art.

Territoires Numériques aims to develop links between the Parc de La Villette and the surrounding area, exploring the relationship between art and public spaces and the artistic use oftechnologies for urban development. It includes a series of digital installation at the Cité des sciences et de l'industrie, an exhibition at Glaz'art and a number of art events around the city (temporary installations, performances, etc...).

This year, Emergences meets Les Nuits Electroniques de l'Ososphère (La Laiterie / Strasbourg) and the Arborescence Festival (Aix-Marseille) around a networked programme, visual and musical performances but also other live events simultaneaously broadcasted in the three sites.
